Cordelia McFadyen



Over the course  of her professional career, Cordelia McFadyen has had the unique opportunity to work for some of Canada’s leading companies.  They have helped her develop a keen eye for detail, impressive customer service skills and the ability to exceed expectations for both her clients and colleagues alike.



Having spent over 5 years in Calgary, AB working in the Event Industry, she was fortunate enough to work directly for leading Event Producers not only locally, but also across North America. Through her work in Events she was able to create many long-standing and memorable relationships that she proudly maintains to this day. Cordelia has also spent over two years employed by numerous home builders helping achieve their dream vision in a show home design capacity.  She was also privileged enough to work directly for multiple home buyers, guiding them towards design perfection in their new home.



Having always been interested in Real Estate, Cordelia is thrilled to be working as a Mortgage Specialist.  She truly makes a difference in her client’s lives with her detail orientated approach, her positive attitude and her ability to offer them her vast knowledge of the mortgage industry.
